Community Based Services
Community Based Services are designed to provide children who experience serious emotional disturbances (SED) with supports to help the child be able to maintain functioning in the community and home setting.
Some of the services that your child or family may be eligible for are:
• Case Management (CPST)
• Targeted Case Management
• Psychosocial Rehabilitation Programs
• Attendant Care
• Crisis Services
• Parent Support
Who is eligible?
Children must meet eligibility criteria in order to receive community based services. A qualified mental health professional must assess the child’s functional abilities and deficits and deem the services medically necessary.
