Fernand Gautier, M.D. has practiced as a Psychiatrist for  20 years. He has a wide array of experience and has worked in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings. Dr. Gautier is available to see clients  ages 14 and older. He is licensed to prescribe Suboxone treatment and truly appreciates the opportunity to help those who are struggling with an opioid addiction. He wants them to gain and maintain recovery so they can enjoy a more fulfilling life. Opioid Dependence is a challenging and complicated condition that is plaguing our Country. Dr. Gautier is here to help.



Khristy Guebara, is a Board Certified Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has been working as a Nurse Practitioner since 2003. Her primary practice is with Adults who have been diagnosed with a Severe and Persistent Mental Illness. Khristy is currently the Director of both our Garden City and Dodge City Community Support Services Programs. She has experience in both the inpatient and outpatient treatment setting. Khristy is also responsible for the Compass Haven House , a program for children in crisis or State/Police Protective Custody.

When Khristy is not working, she very much enjoys her time with her kids and grandkids.


Tracy Davies, MSN, APRN, AGPN, PMHNP, BC

Tracy is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse who is passionate about caring for the whole person. Coping with chronic health problems can take a toll on a person’s mental health. Working with medically complex clients, Tracy has helped people find wellness in the context of chronic health problems. Tracy is a strong advocate for involving her clients in their treatment by talking to them about the challenges they encounter along the path to wellness. Tracy consults and coordinates creative treatment plans along with other member’s of the clients healthcare team both within Compass and with  outside providers.

Tracy enjoys working with people of all ages, including children starting at age six. Tracy has a  clinical interest in geriatrics and long term care, autistic children and adults, people with intellectual disabilities, and again, people with chronic physical health conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, stroke and cancer, just to name a few.

Tracy is a strong advocate of applying evidence based practice principles in her treatment recommendations. To keep current, Tracy maintains national board certification in both physical and mental health care, attends educational conferences, researches scientific journals and is pursing her Doctorate degree in Nursing.

Tracy is available for diagnostic evaluations, one time consultations, second opinions, and longer term medication management. Tracy can help reduce the cost of mental health treatment by recommending effective, lower cost, alternative treatment options, and connecting clients with resources including genetic testing to evaluate psychiatric drug metabolism.
