The Retirement Plan for Compass Behavioral Health consists of a 6.2% mandatory employee contribution and a 6.2% mandatory employer contribution of an employee’s base pay. In addition to the mandatory 6.2%, Compass will match up to 3.3% of an employee’s base salary on a percentage-by-percentage basis; this amount is not capped by the Federal FICA wage limit. All contributions to the Compass Behavioral Health retirement plan are fully vested from the first day of employment. Employee contributions are taxed deferred. Since 1982, Compass Behavioral Health has opted out of the Federal Social Security Program and the above plan is provided in lieu thereof.
