CSS Services

  • Case Management: Case managers assist individuals with identifying personal goals, strengths, and needs, and work with the individual towards accomplishing goals and meeting their needs. The case manager works with individuals on obtaining medical, educational, and social services.

  • The Psychosocial Program offers a wide variety of groups and individual services designed to assist individuals in developing the skills needed to live independently in the community.

  • Housing: Our housing case managers work with individuals to help them find affordable housing. They assist with completing applications, accessing resources, budgeting, and connecting with other services as needed for long-term success. Compass was awarded the Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Grant (TBRA) and the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) to help qualified individuals obtain affordable housing.

  • Supported Employment: The Vocational case managers provide individuals with the support needed to develop occupational and social skills that are needed in the workplace.

  • Crisis Services: Compass Behavioral Health provides 24/7 crisis services to those at risk of psychiatric hospitalization. We have a crisis house that provides 24-hour supervision to those at high risk.

  • Dual Diagnosis Drug & Alcohol Services:  Individual and group programming is provided for individuals diagnosed with both a mental illness and a drug and alcohol problem.

  • Medical Services: Psychiatric services are provided by qualified medical staff. Nursing staff will assist individuals with wellness checks and health services.

  • Peer Support: Peer support is a service provided by people with lived experience of mental health and/or substance use. Peers promote recovery, wellness, and self-advocacy. They use their personal recovery journeys to model hope, share coping skills, and offer emotional or practical assistance to others.
