Her primary area of focus is Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), particularly in working with adolescents and adults who are at risk for self-harm and suicide. Additionally, she treats individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, and addiction among other issues. In 2014, Leslie underwent intensive training to become a DBT therapist and has been providing this effective treatment since then. As the leader of the DBT team at the Dodge City outpatient clinic, she ensures that procedures are followed and that client care remains the primary focus within treatment. Molly was born and raised in the Kansas City metro area, where she currently resides. She graduated from the University of Kansas with her Bachelor's of Social Work in May of 2016. During this time, she provided Supervised Visits to families working through court custody cases. In June of 2016, she started her graduate program at the University of Kansas, earning her Masters of Social Work in May of 2018. In August of 2018, she began working as a Mental Health Professional for the Olathe School District’s Head Start Program (ages 3-5). Through this role, she supported students and their parents facing behavior challenges, assisting in obtaining the proper supports within the classroom, including special education services as needed. Raised in the Dodge City area, Megan is passionate about serving our rural community, making her a valuable addition among Dodge City therapists.
