Max began his first employment with Compass in 1983, where he held three positions from 1983 to 2012: therapist, Director of the Garden City Outpatient Office, and Director of Inpatient Behavioral Health Services. Afterward, he worked in marketing and served as the Director of Siena Medical Clinic for St. Catherine Hospital from 2012 to 2018. In July 2018, Max returned to Compass as Region IV Director. His areas of interest and expertise include marital therapy, as well as working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and eating disorders, which aligns with his background as a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker.
