Max is a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences from Sterling College and his Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Fort Hays State University. Max is a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences from Sterling College and his Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Fort Hays State University. Max began his first employment with Compass in 1983, where he held three positions from 1983 to 2012: therapist, Director of the Garden City Outpatient Office, and Director of Inpatient Behavioral Health Services. Afterward, he worked in marketing and served as the Director of Siena Medical Clinic for St. Catherine Hospital from 2012 to 2018. In July 2018, Max returned to Compass as Region IV Director. His areas of interest and expertise include marital therapy, as well as working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and eating disorders, which aligns with his background as a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker.

My name is Edgar Herrera, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist who graduated from Walden University with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I also attended Fort Hays State University in 2018, where I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology. Edgar completed his master’s level internship at Compass Behavioral Health. Some areas of concentration I focus on as a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker include anxiety, depression, couples, and family therapy. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and learning about autism.

She also holds a master’s degree in fine arts from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Her areas of concentration include addictions, substance use evaluations and treatment, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Currently, she is pursuing her master’s addiction licensure and is also recognized as a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker. Raised in the “magic city” of Birmingham, Alabama, Keri was born in Scott City, Kansas, where her family has strong generational roots. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, playing pickleball, and listening to music.

Having spent most of her life in central Kansas, aside from a 10-year period in the Panhandle of Oklahoma, she brings a wealth of experience to her practice. Donna is married, has three grown children, and five grandsons. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and engaging in mission work.
