Community Support Services (CSS)

What is CSS?

This program provides supportive services for adults at risk of psychiatric hospitalization, individuals recently discharged from inpatient care, and those with severe or persistent mental illness who need ongoing support to remain stable and connected within the community.

Services Include: Case management, psychosocial programs, housing services, payee service, crisis & dual diagnosis, Peer Support

How CSS Helps

Prevents hospitalization: Supports adults at risk of psychiatric crises to stay safe and stable.
